This notice does not claim company or ICO registration that has not been verified.

Why we use it

To manage accounts, take payment, fulfil orders and handle returns: to perform our contract with you.
To answer enquiries and protect the shop against fraud and misuse: our legitimate interests in customer support and security.
To keep tax, accounting and other records required by law: compliance with legal obligations.
To send optional marketing, if we introduce it: only where we have a valid basis, such as your consent, with a way to opt out.

Cookies and browser storage

The shop uses storage needed for your basket, sign-in and other requested features. The cookies page explains the technologies in more detail. We will update this notice and obtain consent where required before adding non-essential tracking.

Who receives information

We share only information needed to run the shop with payment processors, delivery partners, hosting and storage providers, and service providers that help us respond to customers. We may also disclose information to authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell customer information.

International processing

Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where UK data protection law requires a transfer safeguard, we will use an appropriate mechanism. Contact us for details of a particular transfer.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as needed for the purpose collected, including fulfilment, support, security and applicable tax or accounting duties. We then delete or anonymise it. A detailed retention schedule is being confirmed and will be added here.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase or transfer your information, or to restrict or object to its use. You may withdraw consent where we rely on it. Send a request through our contact page. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices or the outstanding operator and retention details change.
